Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for the event "Escape-Dance" on 23 May 2026 in Braga, Portugal, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
1. Scope and Contracting Party
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and participation in the event "Escape-Dance" on 23 May 2026 in Braga, Portugal. The organiser is Sara de Oliveira Maciel, Ul. 56, 9006 Varna, Bulgaria (hereinafter "Organiser"). A company registration in Portugal is currently in preparation.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the purchase of admission tickets for the event "Escape-Dance", including Masterclass, Full Pass and/or individual Workshops. The exact scope of services corresponds to the respective ticket category at the time of booking.
3. Tickets and Prices
Ticket prices depend on the current sales phase (Early Bird, Regular, Late, Box Office). All prices are final. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Each participant requires their own valid ticket.
4. Conclusion of Contract and Payment Terms
The contract is concluded upon submission of the order via the online booking form and confirmation by email. Payment is made via the available payment methods (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Revolut, MBWay). The payment number must be stated as a reference. The ticket will only be activated and delivered by email after full payment has been received.
5. No Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 16(l) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities which provide for a specific date or period of performance. As the event "Escape-Dance" takes place on 23 May 2026 at a fixed date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts is excluded.
6. Cancellation and Exclusion of Refunds
After completion of the booking and receipt of payment, cancellations and refunds are generally excluded. There is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price, including in cases of non-attendance or early departure from the event. In justified cases of hardship, the Organiser may make an individual decision at her own discretion.
7. Event Changes and Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme, times, venue or performing trainers/artists, provided that the overall service is not materially altered in its nature. Such changes do not give rise to any claim for a refund. In the event of complete cancellation of the event by the Organiser, the ticket price will be refunded in full.
8. Liability and Personal Responsibility
Participation in the event is at your own risk and responsibility. The Organiser is not liable for injuries, accidents, health impairments or loss of personal belongings during the event. Participants are advised to be in a suitable state of health, as this is a physical activity. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Photography and Video
Photos and videos may be taken during the event by the Organiser or persons commissioned by her. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes, social media and documentation of the event. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, you agree to this use. If you do not wish this, please inform us before the event by email.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the European Union and, supplementarily, Portuguese law shall apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
